All orders are shipped from Spain and will usually be dispatched within 2-5 working days of us receiving payment. Items dispatched to mainland Spain destinations will usually arrive within 2 working days of being shipped. Items shipped to the Canary islands, Balearic islands, Ceuta and Melilla, may extend. Rest of the world will vary.

You will always be able to see your exact shipping costs at checkout but you can also refer to the list below for information.

We accept free deliveries on orders above 95€ in Spain.

Please note that we include Spanish IVA for all EU countries orders. Our shipping costs do not include any locally applied taxes and charges may be levied by your country. Any such costs are your own responsibility.

Once the goods have been shipped, should the payment of local duties and taxes be refused by the customer, and the goods returned to Mirai Homes, we reserve the right to apply a minimum of 15% of the value of the order as a restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this instance.

We and our freight partners accept no liability for any loss or damage if you give authority for the courier to leave your order with a third party or left unattended (location nominated by you).
