Casa Horizonte,
Costa Teguise (2027)

A radically different concept and form: a circular home with a central courtyard and pool, designed to redefine the experience of living around calm and connection. The architecture, by renowned architect Néstor Pérez Batista, elevates the project into a contemporary statement deeply connected to the essence of Lanzarote.

Located in Costa Teguise, with direct views over the golf course, its architecture stands out for its minimalism, clean lines, and the use of continuous, uniform materials that evoke a sense of purity and balance. Large windows dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, seamlessly integrating the home with its surroundings.

The landscaping, designed by Saray Ossorio from La Tarde studio, adapts to the local topography and native vegetation of the island.

Estimated project completion: Summer 2027
