Unique Architecture & Design

Mirai Homes brings a distinct character, achieving a harmonious balance between contemporary sophistication, organic forms and textures, and subtle local influences. Prioritizing quality and comfort, abundant natural light, open spaces, and dedicated to thoughtful details and a healthy indoor environment.

Terrace

The terrace extends the home’s interior experience into the outdoors, integrating seamlessly with the natural landscape. With eco-friendly flooring and a sun-shaded pergola, the terrace offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. An outdoor shower and a small, Japanese-inspired rotenburo pool allow to enjoy a bath immersed in nature.

Landscape design

The landscape design is approached with deep respect for natural aesthetics. Local plants are carefully selected to foster integration with the surroundings and enhance sustainability. The arrangement is intentionally imperfect, creating an organic feel, as if the landscape had been naturally shaped, blending effortlessly with the environment.

Details

Quality and design are reflected in the care and attention to detail. These make the difference between good and exceptional: handles, latches, hinges, faucets, hardware, pulls, indirect lighting... We select brands such as Formani® that elevate the final look, quality, and overall living experience in the home.

Kitchen

The kitchen speaks of flavors, aromas, and small moments, but above all, it speaks of people. At Mirai Homes the kitchen features a spacious countertop and central island for greater comfort and interaction, equipped with state-of-the-art, energy- efficient appliances, as well as a BORA® downdraft extractor hood integrated into the countertop.

Installations & Well-being

Mirai Homes is committed to top-tier installations to offer superior comfort and well-being, as well as improved energy efficiency and resource optimization. The main systems forming the core of the home include ducted air conditioning, a Saunier Duval® aerothermal system, Siber® double-flow mechanical ventilation, a wastewater treatment system, and solar panels.

Materials

All materials used are chosen for their quality, durability, design as well as their sustainability. We prioritize the health of occupants by using materials that do not emit toxic substances and ensure greater indoor air quality.

Indoor Flooring

Flooring made from artisanal gypsum from Teruel. The raw material for the alabaster gypsum comes from the waste generated at the alabaster stone sawmill; that is, pieces unsuitable for perfect stone sales are repurposed to create 100% natural gypsum. This gypsum is fired at high temperatures — using prunings from local olive trees — to achieve greater strength.

Outdoor Flooring

The outdoor flooring is divided into two areas: the terrace and the parking area. The terrace flooring continues seamlessly from the interior, using the same base material but reinforced for outdoor weather conditions. The parking area combines white concrete with picón (small local volcanic stones), providing added strength and enhanced grip.

Carpentry

All the carpentry used for windows and exterior doors is made with sustainably sourced wood profiles (FSC® certified). These profiles provide an incomparable visual impact, improve thermal insulation, eliminate solar radiation heating in summer, and reduce energy consumption in winter. They offer superior acoustic insulation and have low thermal expansion.

Paint

We work exclusively with mineral-based paints, capturing colors from nature itself. Derived from clay, these paints retain all the natural properties of clay: free of VOCs and other harmful emissions, odorless, oil-free, and solvent-free, making them highly healthy. They have static resistance, so they do not retain dust. They are durable, with high coverage power, fire-resistant, and do not crack.

Façade

The home façade is constructed using an External Wall Insulation (EWI) system, finished with a final layer of lime mortar, echoing traditional building techniques. This choice offers exceptional insulation, breathability, and water resistance. Additionally, the lime mortar is applied to create texture and an organic look, enhancing the house's unique character.
