We apply a construction system that uses wood as the primary structural material, contributing to a significantly reduced carbon footprint and accelerating the construction process.

Materials

We are committed to utilizing only healthy, eco-friendly materials, ensuring the highest quality for enhanced comfort, well-being and long-lasting durability. Some of the materials include artisanal plaster and FSC® certified wood.

Self-sufficiency

The installation of solar panels helps reduce the home’s energy demand, with the option to include batteries that store energy and transform the home into a fully self-sufficient energy source.

Zero-carbon

Mirai Homes carbon footprint is measured by a third-party entity ensuring our zero-carbon goal, with remaining emissions being offset through contributions to UN projects and other programs.

Certifications

Mirai Homes are third-party certified with the VERDE seal and Carbon Footprint assessment, guaranteeing elevated standards and practices across the entire process.
